Great food and environment. We both ordered the salmon with pureed eggplant plat. The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and not at all overcooked. The tastes and textures were pleasant. Ordered a pot of local rose -- plenty of wine for both of us -- a real value for 13 euros. Great food at a great price with good service in a friendly location. The other dishes looked great too,
